In-Spirited Coaching Services provides a FREE 30-minute discovery session which explores the nature of coaching, your hopes for the coaching process, and to determine compatibility.

There are great benefits to coaching!  Should you decide to continue, we suggest you consider making a three month minimum commitment to yourself for the sake of your forward movement and the integration of new directions.  The length of coaching varies for each individual, but twelve sessions is a helpful guideline/minimum for ongoing impact.  Coaching may be purchased in one or three month increments.


IN-SPIRITED STANDARD package: 

• Four 50-60 minute phone or in-person sessions per month
• Unlimited email support between sessions

                          Rate:  $380 per month
                              Three month commitment - $360 per month


IN-SPIRITED START-UP package:

• Three 50-60 minute phone or in-person sessions per month
• Unlimited email support between sessions

                          Rate:  $300 per month 
                              Three month commitment - $270 per month


IN-SPIRITED MAINTENANCE package:
     [For clients who have completed six months of coaching 
        through either package above] 

• Two 50-60 minute phone or in-person sessions per month
• Unlimited email support between sessions

                          Rate:  $180 per month - 
                              Three month commitment - $160 per month
